Well, finally back with a little for my blog!  Honestly, I've been so busy getting my SB room in shape and re-modeling--just haven''t had time for the blog!  It's all I can do to keep up with Facebook!   Meanwhile our little guy has been born----way back on Nov. 22nd and christmas has come and gone!  Here's a few pics of the highlights.

Yes It's really November!!

Ever feel like you've  somehow missed part of a year and can't figure out where it has gone!  So when did November sneak up on us anyway??????  Soon our little guy will be here---maybe sooner, than later--and then Christmas and then 2011.  As it looks like now, I only have 12 more months to work!  YES! (I take all of July off). & Dec. 2011 is my goal date--hopefully that all works out for me!
But for now, I continue to work on scrapbooks and pages and projects.  There is so much to look forward as this year winds down and a new one begins and so many good friends and family members to share it all with.  Life is really a journey and I look forward to continuing on that journey!  Hope you'll be a part of it with me.

Wow, What a Weekend!

Had a wild and wooly 3 day weekend, as they say!  An all day trip to Carol's Pumpkin Farm by Grinnel with Callie and the 1st graders of West Marshall, working at MB, a Card class, 2 little overnight visitors Saturday night, and a Birthday party for Nicholas to top it off on Sunday!  Not mentioned is that each event was many hours, very late nights, very little sleep----no catching my breath until Sunday evening!   But what a fun weekend it was!!!  Loved being around all the Grandkids and my MB friends.  and of course there was over 200 pictures which will now be scrapbooked out, so this weekend will be forever remembered!

10-10-10!

On a show last week, someone said we should write down or take pictures of things we did on 10-10-10!  Well, I decided to do just that, taking pictures all day and then, of course scrapbooking them.  Wouldn't you know ---- it was one of the most (for lack of a better word) Boring days I've had in a Long, Long time!  No commitments to fullfill,  nowhere to be,  Nothing planned!  It happens to me maybe once every 6- 10 months!  But it gave me time to just take pictures of my everyday life, pictures of things I interact with briefly on a daily basis and never really appreciate.  It was a beautiful, laid back sort of day--the kind I wish I had more of--no pressure, no worries, no sense of urgency to be somewhere or do something.  I think 10-10-10 turned out just perfect--I needed a day like this!

Copic Marker Fun!

Been playing around with my Copic Markers and some new stamps I just got called "Jingle Tots".  They are so cute and I think the cards turned out really good!  May have to make a few more for Christmas!

Ladies night out challenge Completed!

At our Last Ladies Night Out, we were challenged to complete a page using a "page map" that we were given.  Got mine completed today and I must say--I  REALLY Like it!!!!   I have tons of page map magazines and books including the newest Page Maps 2---so I figure I might just start using them  for some of my layouts.

It's DONE!

The Haunted House is DONE!--well, basically--I keep tweaking here and there--little things--details!  I added lights to this one and I love the effect.  They are LEDs and are very bright, adding a great glow all around.  My fingers are practically glued together--but it's done.  Here's a few pics.  Enjoy!  and hopefully it will be on display at the store for awhile--if I can get it there safely.
